I have used the DVD and have found it very useful as a starting point for the course, I find training DVD's an important part of a course, my only criticism is the difficulty in finding DVD's related to our business which is contract catering, many of them are more general. The quality and level is very good

It was good to watch a DVD specific to the Print & Mail Operations of our business. Staff were impressed as it represented their usual daily activities and not just information and guidance on how to lift boxes. It was also good to see an updated version as many of our previous Videos/DVD's were rather outdated.

Covered the essential training required for an office based business rather than incurring a lot of expense in sending team members on training courses. Information in the DVD was presented very clearly and it was easy to select just the sections that were relevant to the natures of the business. Would recommend this to other businesses where manual handling is a minor part of work activities.

I was surprised how good this manual handling DVD was in its contents and detail but also the easy way the presenter puts the message over “the common senses approach” It covers all areas of manual handling in 20 minutes which is just about right for keeping trainees attention. I would recommend the manual handling DVD for viewing and its also excellent value.
